				Controlling viewpoint velocity in Oculus

			Hello,

Is it possible to add a constant velocity in one direction after linking to Oculus? Essentially we want the user to be able to look side to side and up and down but move forward at a constant velocity. I.e., it would be the same sensation as standing on a moving walkway at the airport. Thanks! |

One way of doing this in vizconnect is by adding a group node in the scenegraph that moves at a constant velocity. This thread includes an example config file and script that works in desktop mode but you could also use it with the Oculus.
