3ds Max export problem
I'm new to Vizard so I apologize if this question has already come up and been answered...
I have a trial version of 3ds Max (2008 32 bit) that I am all but completely incompetent at using. I finally managed to create something marginally useful, only to find out that I can't export anything in .ive format. I used the program previously on a different computer (that I no longer have access to) and could do this (at least) with no problem. Is there a way to make my version of 3ds max export ive files? Or, if I'm out of luck at this end, is there another file format that Vizard can use in a similar way? I tried exporting as a .wrl, but many of the features of my scene were missing. Thanks! |

In order to export to the .ive format, you must first install the .ive exporter. It is available on our download page under the "Vizard 3.0 Exporters" section. Once this is installed, then you will have an option to export to .osg and .ive.
