It's not possible to set up a four wall cave on one machine using the Quadro plex. Vizard can talk to one GPU but the Quadro Plex has multiple GPU's.
If, for example, you had a graphics card with one GPU and two video outputs then you could set up a two walled cave with that. If the models in your scene are simple the framerate could be fine However, I don't know of a card with one GPU and four video outputs.
