In order to run a cluster you the script need to be configured with different views to the cluster machines. What you're running is not set up for clustering.
Take a look at this link to the reference section that will show you how to do that.

You could try a simple script with something like the Vizard gallery to test out whether you've got your views set properly.

You also need the Enterprise edition of Vizard so you can run the cluster utilities.
