HOW to create flying ballon

OK.. firstly i am doing a simple game study.... briefly.. the balloon are tighten by a string and the string was holding by a human hand. so what i mean in previous post, the human hand are controled by mouse and it will make the balloon move together using the string.

2nd..
The bird will fly randomly and will attack the human hand, so we have to use mouse (human hand- which is controlling the balloon) to chase the bird away. i plan to use the balloon as a object for that purpose.


BALLOON & STRING
controled by human hand (mouse)
can touch the bird, and bird will flay away..

HUMAN HAND
controlling the balloon by holding a string
mouse oriented

BIRD
fly randomly
fll away after touched by balloon
