Hello Vizard Support!

I was hoping you could help me out a bit with a new piece of hardware we have in the lab. It is a Planar SD2620W 26" Widescreen Stereo/3D Monitor and I wanted to know if you have tested Vizard to work with this kind of setup.

http://www.planar3d.com/3d-products/sd2620w/

Right now I have installed a copy of Vizard lite on the workstation, but when I try to run the gallery demo with quadbuffer enabled, I get an error saying either the card does not support it or not enabled.

I am running a Quadro 5600 in the workstation, so quad_buffer should be enabled.

I have also attempted to use the NVIDIA control panel to turn on stereo, but I have not gotten any positive results.

Let me know if you have any suggestions!

Thanks,
George Lecakes

I haven't used this display before, but it seems to support separate inputs for the left/right eyes. Have you tried just using horizontal stereo mode (viz.STEREO_HORZ)?

Yes, and that was successful in displaying 3D using Vizard!

Thanks for the help,
George
