How Can I use two SensAble Omni at the same time

I have a question about activating two SensAble Omni at the same time. I called IT support and they said this is possible after I install the Q3 version and I did re-installed. However, when I follow the hardware setup help, I still can't can get the second device.

it likes:

<sensable>.addHapticDevice(name='The first one')
<sensable>.addHapticDevice(name='The second one')

and it takes very long time to read sensable.dlm file
and it only shows one Omni still
Is it possible use 'import hd' to read 2 Omni device?
