Recording motion data
Hello ,
I use MotionBuilder connected with PPT based on the MoCap-Plug-In! Everything works great and my actor in MotionBuilder moves in real-time synchron to PPT… but now my problem is that I want to record the motions! I watch the whole help-file, but I couldn’t find anything. Is there no opportunity to save the motions in PPT? (It’s my first time using MotionBuilder, so maybe there is a easy way to record this...but I know, this belongs rather to an Autodesk-forum!) Thanks |

With the actor being animated hit record and play in the transport controls in Motionbuilder to start recording your actor.
Once you've stopped recording you can click file and save everything to a .fbx file. Then you should be able to reload that .fbx file and play the animated actor again. |
