The effect of lighting on performance

In my worlds, I have lighting effects embedded in the VRML files that I exported from 3dsmax. Does Vizard prefer to use its own lighting? I.e. is there less of a hit to performance when implementing lighting through Vizard as opposed to VRML? |

Hi, Actually, Vizard ignores vrml lights, so you'll need to create it in your script. There shouldn't be a huge performance hit when implementing lighting, unless you have a really high polygon scene. |
