tracking with new cameras/new software

Hi,

I'm trying to get our new software (Visual Studio, I think?) and new cameras (8) to track a light. About a week ago, we had everything working and callibrated, but now I seem to be having troubles. I tried clicking the "talk" button, but that didn't seem to help.

Any suggestions? Am I missing something simple?

Are you saying you don't see the marker appearing in the 3D view of PPT studio?

We solved the issue -omehow the camera serials had been cleared. How can this happen?

If you've upgraded PPT, reset the configuration, or deleted the ppt.cfg file, it will lose the camera serial numbers. Then you need to enter them again.

where is the ppt.cfg filr located?

That file can be found in the WorldViz --> PPTStudio folder. That file stores your settings including GUI arrangements. What specifically do you want to do?
