Sorry you're having trouble with the avatars. You are using the outdated avatar methods. Would you be willing to switch to the new avatar methods? They are far more robust and have far greater capabilities. In the long run I guarantee it'll pay off. If this doesn't meet your short term goals, then the fastest way to proceed would be for you to email your unfiltered head to support@worldviz.com and we'll troubleshoot and respond back quickly. If you're willing to convert, then we'll send you an explanation for how to combine 3DMeNow heads with the new avatars. Please advise.
