Just to clarify this, your university/supervisor should have been sent several license codes for your free upgrades to the latest release of Vizard R3.

All you need to do is download and install Vizard and then use one of the license codes to unlock your license.

If your supervisor did not get the codes, please let us know with an email to support@worldviz.com and we will check our records and re-send the codes if needed.
