Camera Sensor Time out

Dear all,

I am trying to use PPT studio 2013 installed on a laptop but it is not connecting to PPT cameras.

As recent change to the laptop, I added a password and changed the name of the user. However, I removed the password and returned the original name of the user account, but PPT still does not connect to cameras.

I tried to search for similar errors, but I did not find related topics.

Could you tell me please how I can fix this problem. I am attaching required snapshots for further consideration.

Thanks a lot in advance,

Best Regards,
Abood Karkar

The error message indicates a hardware issue with camera FP8M9. Try the following to connect the other 3 cameras:
  • Unplug the cable for camera FP8M9 from the PoE switch
  • Power cycle the switch with remaining 3 cameras connected
  • Wait for the cameras to show a connection in the DHCP server
  • Start up PPT Studio
