Error writing key when trying to move Vizard license to other computer
Hi, I'm trying to move one of our Vizard Enterprise licenses to another computer. I followed the guide (http://docs.worldviz.com/vizard/Unregister_license.htm), but when I clicked 'Remove license' an error popped up 'Error writing key'. It did not show me the serial and activation code as shown in the guide. And now the license seems to have vanished, Vizard is in 'Free' mode instead of 'Enterprise'.
How can I recover the license? |
