Creating resort virtualization

Hi Guys,
for learning purpose,i want to create a virtualized tour for a resort.
from where can i get the osgb scene for resort, do i need to create it using 3dMax(or other sw) or can i get it downloaded from some where(free or paid)??

You can search for similar models for given sites down if you can on the following link..

Or You will have to develop the .OSGb in Max or Maya Thank you.
