Play sound from specific speakers

Is there a way to play a sound consistently from a specific speaker? 3D sound does this alright but sometimes bleeds over. Also I would rather the sound be played by the same speaker regardless of the users actual orientation

It seems there are Python add-on libraries that support this. Take a look at the following thread:
