Vizard executable issue

After the exe is generated, it works but only on the device it is generated from, it doesn't work on other devices, is there a logical explanation for this?

In Step 2 of the publish wizard enable the Display console option and publish the EXE again. Then run the EXE and look in the console to see if there are any errors. The Publishing an EXE (http://docs.worldviz.com/vizard/#Tutorial_Publish_Wizard.htm) tutorial covers some of the typical errors that occur with EXEs.
