open vizard 4 in 5 error

hi

I'm running a Vizard 4 file in Vizard 5 - the screen goes white with a logo and it says 'intializing renderer' --then that's it

whats the problem?

Can you provide more details about the script or maybe post a sample script that causes the issue?
