Connect Wii fit remotes

Hi Folks
May I ask if I will be able to use 5 Wii fit remotes in order to get their acceleration data by using Wiimote plugin?

I'm not exactly sure what the Wii fit remote is. If that is a standard Wiimote then you can connect to multiple devices in Vizard. First you must establish connections with all Wiimotes in the Bluetooth driver software.

May I also ask if I can connect Wii balance board?

The plug-in supports just the wiimote. There might be 3rd party python libraries for connecting to the wii balance board available.

Thank you very much for this info. I find this wiiboard-simple (https://code.google.com/p/wiiboard-simple/) so I am not sure if this will work with Vizard?

Would you mind please to advice if there is any recommended bluetooth device?

We have not tested this library so I can't say for sure. That page says it requires Python 2.5 and Vizard 4 uses Python 2.7.

In terms of wiimote bluetooth drivers it's probably best to search online for current suggestions. There is some mention of drivers in old wiimote threads on this forum but that could be out of date.
