Hi All,

I am new to the world of Vizard but have been using a trial version (which expires in about 18 days) to find my feet. I intend to purchase it soon, as it is an integral part of my PhD.

However, I have started getting an error whenever I try to open the program...

"Your system clock appears to have been set back, possibly in an attempt to defeat the security system on this program. Please correct your system clock before trying to run this program again. If your clock is correct, please contact the author of this program for instructions on correcting this error (report code CCB-F)."

Can anyone shed any light on how I can cure this problem?

Thanks

Mark

Hi Mark,

thanks for your interest in Vizard -- I don't know about the details of your system clock, but what we can do for sure is to unlock your version of Vizard for the remaining time.

In order to do this, please contact sales@worldviz.com, and shortly describe what happened, and one of my colleagues will be able to unlock Vizard on your computer for a limited amount of time.

Also there is the option to purchase Vizard LITE for $79 off this webpage, which works without time limit and is good for most developments.
