what do i need to know to do vizard simulations

what do i need to know to do vizard simulation training on various things such as medical, or maybe airoplanes mechanic training.

i can do simple tasks with vizard but need a starting point for such simulations.

note:
i have vizard with its equipments. gloves glasses......
