Are you using version 3.10.0030 ? The original quarterly release (3.10.0028) contained the latest drivers from InterSense, which we have since found to be unstable. The newest release, available on our website, uses the last known stable InterSense driver.

No, it was 3.10.0030. The only way I got it working was to roll back to the old version. I have another question related...

Even after rolling back ppt did not work. To make it work I now have to write in every script:

PORT_PPT = 1

Is there any global vizard file we can add the PORT_PPT = 1 command to instead of adding it to all our scripts?

Changing to the newest version of vizard, stopped the interesense from working... We still haven't rolled back to the previous version... Would be very happy for a quick fix!!

Thanks,
dan

Did it also switch the primary ports on your machine?

I'm concerned now about any future updates...can we not use them since clearly the new drivers are unstable on our system?

Vizard does not automatically install any updates on your system, it is up to you to download and install them. If an older version of Vizard is working fine for you, then you can use it as long as you want.
