Recording with sound?

Sorry if this has been covered, but I can't find anything with the search...

I'm looking to make a short demonstration video of an environment to include in a presentation. The ctrl-F12 avi record works ok, except that it doesn't include any sound. Is there an easy way I can record video and sound in Vizard? I'm not too keen on purchasing additional video-capture software for this one presentation, so is there an in-house solution? Thanks!

Vizard does not currently support recording audio to your AVIs. Depending on your needs, you might be able to use the trial version of Fraps (http://www.fraps.com/). The trial has some limitations like watermarks and recording limit.
