avatar neck too short

Hello,

We've got the following problem:
We got avatar heads, already created, and thus only existing in the final people maker version. For the body we use a female avatar from the new avatar collection. Unfortunately put together in the script the head is much too small for the avatar and there is basically no neck. Even making the head bigger does not resolve the problem that our avatar doesn't have a neck (or a REALLY; REALLY small one).
How can we give our avatar a (longer) neck?

Have you tried translating the head upward in PeopleMaker and re-exporting it?
