As mentioned in earlier posts, we're using the 5DT Data Glove 5 Ultra and have encountered a new problem over the last few days. The ring finger in the glovehand avatar does not bend correctly. This appears due to the fact that after calibration of the glove via the supplied GloveManager, the ring finger maximum will jump to 4089 (instead of around 2500 like the other finger maximums). Even putting the glove on manual calibration does not appear to sovle this problem. Is this a physical problem with the glove? If so should we return it to WorldViz for repair or to 5DT (we bought it in a package from WorldViz)? Thanks!
