.wrl File in Vizard

Hi,

I have a .wrl file with me, and when I'm putting it in my vizard code then it is not recognising this file and nothing is appearing in the environment,
Please let me know why it is so, and how can I get this file in my 3d environment?

Actually it is showing an error while running the program, \
Error: Failed to load chair.wrl at line 2

Does the model load in Inspector? What software was used to export the model?
