Stepping a video frame-by-frame

Is it possible to step a video forwards and backwards a
frame at a time by using the left and right arrow keys?
I know you can jump to a particular time, but I want
to go to a specific frame.

No, this isn't available yet. In fact, most of the video texture code is still based on the plugin you made for VRUT :)
