how can I change the avatar's head

from tutorial I learned how to replace the avatar's head,and I found the statements in the help document,under the <avatar>.replaceHead, "......Converting the output of 3dMeNow into a Vizard compatible format is relatively straight-forward......"
I am very interested in it, but I can't find the method in vizard.avatar to load head from outside.it can only replace inside.

and I tried to make some avatars by other software, can I load my avatar in vizard?
