re: Data from GPS unit

Greetings Wizards, I wish to pick your collective brains

As part of a research project I am looking to utilize GPS data for position tracking, however I am NOT a C++ programmer !
The GPS equipment I have access to is a surveying-type RTK GPS+ Base station -> Rover unit set up - namely Topcon Hiper Pro, not the most portable of setups but is quite accurate and is already owned by the department, so no outlay is required (more to the point ). I/O wise it has 2 serial ports.

I have downloaded the generic sensor and loaded it into MVS but it is beyond my very meager C++ skills
I would be really grateful for any assistance in this regard

Nige
