stop speed movement and allow rotating only while using vizconnect

Hey all and particulary hey Jeff,
I'm using vizconnect with oculus DK2 as tracker, walking transpot and direct input of xbox 1 controller (direct input of joystick) and oculus DK2 as a display (hierarchic order of tracker->transport->display).
How can i stop the speed movement when i'm getting to a certain place in the environment and only allow for rotating at 360 degrees?
