"Could not find plugin to read objects" error?

Hey guys,

I have a problem where I am trying to load a character into Vizard 4.0, but whenever I try my character is extremely distorted as you can see by the image

I get the error message Warning: Could not find plugin to read objects from file "<none>".

It appears 4 times.

Any idea what the error could be?

Does anybody Know the issue?

I was able to fix the textures but the mesh still comes out wonky.

It might be that your skeleton or animation uses a different coordinate system (different Up axis).

Hi Jfenster,
You may be doing something wrong in your export process. Your screenshot looks similar to what tends to happen when a mesh is loaded onto an incorrect skeleton. You may also have a typo somewhere in your CFG.

Can I get a look at your Max file and exported avatar? You can upload a zip of them here:
