Oculus Rift connection problem
We updated the Vizard 5 and registered license this morning, since the Vizard 5 beta version was expired. After the update, we are unable to connect to the Oculus Rift. Our created application throws a "TypeError: Link source is not a linkable type" error at the "viz.link(hmd.getSensor(), viz.MainView)". We also tested oculusExample.py to see if it the application runs, but again, we got "Oculus Rift not detected" error.
We are currently scheduled to run experiments using our created applications having appointments with research volunteers; therefore, it is urgent that we fix the problem as soon as possible. (Today, we needed to cancel appointments.) Thank you in advance. |
