marker IDs not working
Hey-
I'm using Marker IDs with a PPT-H system. PPT doesn't recognized the marker IDs. In automatic mode I get the "Marker ID could not detect the IDs" warning. If I configure the Marker ID plug-in manually, the markers are not recognized for their physical ID (the physical ID is just assigned randomly), suggesting again that it's not recognizing the markers. Any ideas? -Cade

Hi, Cade,
First thing to check is whether you have the marker IDs set to H-mode instead of X-mode (it is indicated with the green LED on the marker). I can schedule a remote support session for you. Please let me know when you will be available and I can help you from there. Thanks, Stanley
