version 3 features?

Is there a listing of expected Version 3 features?

I'm hoping for automatic callbacks on collisions, more support for ODE options such as more complex attachments and movement constraints, etc. I already know about the shift to python 2.4 which will be nice.

A post will be made by week's end describing expected 3.0 features, discussing release dates, and inviting users to join a beta test program. Stay tuned...

Hi,

3.0 will feature a new physics interface. Currently, the plan is to add callback support, adding material parameters, and adding support for joints. If time permits there might be support for defining different motors.

The release of Vizard 3.0 will probably coincide with the release of python 2.5, which will keep us in the tradition of always being one step behind
