3D sound in Vizard
Hello,
Could anyone tell me whether spatialized audio in Vizard involves y-axis information and orientation information? For the y-axis information, when there are two sound source just in different height, can listeners tell the difference? (I assume different x or z positions makes difference.) For the orientation information, when the sound source is static and the listener turn around without changing his position, can he tell the difference? Thanks a lot! |

Yes, the sound which is higher along the Y-axis will have a lower volume. The further away the sound is from the user, the quieter the sound will be.

Thank you for the reply.
Does Vizard3.0 support directional sounds? Or even doppler effects? Thanks! |
