winvix.exe crashes

Are there any common causes for winviz.exe crashes or a good way to debug them? I am continually getting a winviz.exe crash in my program every time I enable the haptic pen on a bunch of objects. I have no idea why and it is hard to debug without any information being printed out...

The best thing you could do would be to provide us with a simple script that reproduces the crash. Would that be possible?
