3D sound in vizard
Hey everone,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to adjust the parameters of the 3D sound we can asign to objects in vizard. For example, I might want to adjust the way the sound fades as you travel farther from the object, or the shape the sound extends into the 3D space. Also, is it posisble to create echo effects off of walls or other virtual objects? Thanks! |

Hi,
Currently, the 3D sound support in Vizard is very basic. You can only play a sound coming from an object. In the future we might add the ability to simulate doppler effects and specify a directional sound. I'm assuming this is what you are referring to? If this is important for your current simulation we could add this feature to the next update. |
