Create my own animations

is there a possibility to create custom animations (.CAF files) for completes characters. Please let me know if there are any.

The Complete Characters avatars come included with the original .max file for the avatar. You will need to open the .max file in 3dsmax and use that to create new animations. You can then export the animation to a .caf file using the Cal3D exporter and add the animation to the avatars cfg file.
