Little Yellow Eye Icon during Runtime
Hi,
I have a little problem. Just switched over to a new computer with a new Quadro FX 3500 card and I am having a small problem when it comes to rendering my scene. I am getting a little yellow icon in the lower center of my viewport with what looks like a crudly drawn eye in it. What is this and how do I get rid of it? ~George Lecakes Rowan University |

Hi,
Can you post a screenshot of the icon? The only thing Vizard would draw onto the screen is the watermark for Lite licenses. You might have some 3rd party application that is drawing the icon. |

Fixed!
I solved the problem.
NVIDIA was drawing the icon onto the screen. Previously, with the old Quadro card we were not using QUADBUFFERING. For some reason it was not supported. With the new one it is, but we were still using the old 'non-quadbuffered' way, which resulted in the icon being drawn to the screen but with 3D still activated. I switched back to QUADBUFFERING and the icon went away with the viewport being still in 3D. Hopefully, now if anyone has that problem they'll see a solution. Thanks, George |
