Can't click buttons and sliders

I have to click a little below buttons and sliders to use them. How can I solve this problem?

Question

I too have come across this problem when working on a particular machine - namely a widescreen (16:9) sony viao with windoze 7 and an ATI video card.??
If I attach a cross hair image to the mouse pos, it is positioned above the actual mouse pointer, also GUI buttons that are positioned towards the top of the screen are off the viewing area (with this machine) when they are visible on other machines, meaning I have to alter their pos for this machine only

Any Vizard Wizards have any idea why this might be?

I too have a similar problem.
However I can not click on a UI element at all. Only the camera moves.
Help would be much appreciated.

Are you also using an ATI card? Some recent versions of the Catalyst drivers had broken OpenGL 2.0 support. Have you tried the newest drivers?
