Camera calibration disrupted

Hello.

one of my students dropped one of the cameras about 2 feet and the lens hit first. The camera still works, but it seems that the calibration is disrupted as the black lens moved back into the body somewhat. You can also see that the sticker around the gap has moved.

Is there a way to self-fix this so that it is calibrated again?

thanks

Hi Chris,

There is no way for you to calibrate a camera yourself. We will either need the camera back here at WorldViz to recalibrate it, or we would need to send you a replacement camera.

Could you please send a message to support@worldviz.com about this?

Thanks and have fun!
