Problems loading WRL file

Hi,

I've usually had no problems exporting a scene from max to VRML format before and loading it in Vizard, but this time when attempting to load this one file I get the following error:

Loading File: all_blgds.WRL
** Error: Failed to load all_blgds.WRL at line 291060
--> geometry USE Block:Layer_Window_Frames01-FACES

** ERROR: Failed to load 'all_blgds.WRL'

I'm no expert in max but just about get by so i'm not really aware of what this person (I didn't create the max scene) may need to do inside of max so this 'Layer_Window..etc' will be removed if it can, or what I can do in Vizard (if anything) so the file loads.

Has anyone come across/had any similar problems before? Any ideas how to solve this please?
