Does the new/consumer oculus rift work well with Vizard?
Hi
I plan to buy a new HMD for my lab where we use Vizard to create VR display. Does the new/consumer oculus rift work well with Vizard? Can it be easily detected/connected and used in Vizard as Oculus rift DK2? If it does not, what other HMD would you recommend? BTW, can the new/consumer oculus rift integrate the SMI eyetracker? Thanks!

Yes, the Oculus Rift is supported by Vizard 5. SMI is only compatible with the DK2, not the Rift. Please contact sales@worldviz.com for further questions about currently available eye tracking solutions.
