continually losing network license

I'm running Vizard 3.0 on XP machines with 1 master and 1 client. The network license for the software is on a third machine, a server shared by the everyone at the research lab where I work.

At least once a day, the master or client machine (or both) pop up with an error that the network license has expired. Usually restarting that machine or the server fixes this but it's becoming a very time consuming problem.

Any suggestions for how to ensure that the license doesn't get lost so easily? Thanks.

The next version of Vizard should resolve this issue and will be released in January. If you need an immediate solution then contact support@worldviz.com and they can supply you with temporary licenses.
