getting ready to rumble

Hey-

I'm trying to get a Wingman Rumblepad to rumble. I'm almost certain I used to be able to do so in Vizard. However, vizjoy.rumble doesn't work for me.

The documentation points out that the device needs to have Force Feedback in order for vizjoy.rumble to work. Indeed, the Rumblepad doesn't have Force Feedback (according to vizjoy.hasFFB()). Is there any way to access just rumbling (and not force feedback)?

Have you installed the drivers for the Wingman? Some plug-n-play joysticks still require a driver installation for the rumble/FFB feature to work.
