Exclamation flickering artifacts

Hello all,

I'm modeling a hallway that's about 30 m long. I've done the modeling in
Maya and applied textures the wall to make it look like a real hallway that
I'm trying to model. When I start up vizard, there's a lot of flickering or
possibly bleeding of the textures that occurs along the edges of the polygons. The hallway is basically a long parallelpiped with doors and things being extruded, and then the model is polygonalized. It has about 10,000 faces and verts, plus 20,000 edges.

I'd like to get rid of the flickering/running edges. Is this a problem with the textures, or is a problem with the model having too many polygons? Any advice regarding how to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
