Run Time Crash

I am experiencing a runtime crash. The error messages are of little insight as to what is causing the problem. Here are the screenshots of the error messages, and the text file that was created of it...

This problem has been occuring about every other time we run our program. The program runs for about half an hour each time. We recently upgraded from the 5.1 to the 5.3 version of Vizard, and did not recieve this error before.

If you're running on 2.53 then be sure you've downloaded and installed the patch to 2.53g. It's available on the main Vizard download site.

I installed the patch and the run time error still occurs.

I found this thread about crashes with director function:

Our program also uses director functions to play the game. Many of them. It is a complicated program. I am going to look into these to try to isolate the problem, but do you have any other suggestions as to what might cause a run-time crash like this?

Hi,

It's difficult to determine what is causing the crash without more information. Can you provide the script? Even better, can you create a bare bones version of the script which recreates the crash. The error message is just a generic Windows error message that occurs when any application crashes, so it is not of much use.
