Problem with the HMD Right Lens

Hi there,

I have an NVisor SX HMD and while using it one day, the right lens all of a sudden stopped working and only displayed black and white vertical lines. I turned it off and made sure all the connections were tight and even rebooted the system, but it still only shows the black and white vertical lines. So I turned it off for several hours and now instead of black and white vertical lines, it's displaying black and white dots all over the screen. It looks like static but it's not moving r changing, it's just stationary. Is there anything I can do to try and fix this problem?

the easiest way to diagnose this is to connect a monitor to both VGA channels which you are feeding inth the nVisor SX. if the resolution on both monitors is 1024x1280 and the frequency 60Hz, then it's pretty sure that this is a nVis hardware issue and you need to contact nVis about it.
