System stopped recognizing position (while orientation still works)

When running a program (I tried several, including the elevator demo) the system seems to not recognize position anymore: link.reset(viz.RESET_X | viz.RESET_Z) doesn't work, and when the marker moves no movement is registered on the screen.
However, orientation keeps working fine - orientation reset works and when the marker (helmet) changes orientation, so does the view on the screen (so I don't think it's a communications issue).
Nothing changed really since the last time the system was functioning properly and I have no idea what to try next...
Any advice?
Thanks,
Roy

Or it might really be a communication issue

between the PPT computer and the worldviz computer. How do I test it?

Nevermind

Problem solved - I had to configure the PPT output to VPRN7... no idea how it changed...
