Bluetooth Devices for Wiimote
We are looking to connect a wiimote to Vizard on Windows XP and 7. Are there any recommended bluetooth devices? The link in the documentation is broken.
Thanks! |

The one I use is the Kensington model K33348. The key to it is to load version 4 of their bluetooth drivers. At least in the past, version 5 would load, and it looked like the wiimote was connected, but no data would ever transmit. Once I moved back to the version 4 driver, everything worked.
You should be able to find them on the net, but if not, I can post a link to them here. Aaron |

Thanks for your response, Aaron! I'll look into that model and hopefully a few more to see what I can get to work for us.

We use a Trendnet TBW-106UB USB Adapter; it's nice because it works with all of our bluetooth devices. The key for us has been to use BlueSoleil software since it has pretty much every bluetooth profile ever made. (The Widcomm and MS stacks usually work with some of our devices, but not all of them.)
